No monthly fee and no setup cost. When a member pays the club £100, Fency keeps 50p. Stripe’s usual card fee applies too, as it would anywhere.
Questions people ask
How long does it take to set up?
A few minutes for the site: your club’s name, then when and where you train. Taking payments takes a little longer, because Stripe checks the club’s details first.
Who holds the club’s money?
Your club does. Payments go to the club’s own Stripe account and on to its bank. Fency never holds your money.
Can we keep our own web address?
Yes. Your site works at yourclub.fency.club from day one, and you can move it to your own address whenever you like. We’ll show you exactly what to change.
What about our juniors?
Parents and guardians join on their children’s behalf and look after their details. We only ask for what the club needs.
What if we want to leave?
Download your members and posts at any time, in files any spreadsheet opens. No contract, no notice period.
